This episode marks the beginning of Season 2 of the Inspired Speaker Podcast and celebrates the launch of the brand-new Inspired Speaker Network—a community created to amplify voices that inspire positive change.
Danielle is joined by the founding podcast hosts as they introduce their shows and share the courage, vulnerability, and unexpected growth that came from launching their podcasts together in just a few short weeks. They explore what it means to stop doing everything alone, embrace imperfection, move through fear, and trust your voice enough to put it into the world.
More than a network launch, this conversation is about the power of community, authentic self-expression, and using our individual voices to create meaningful change. It’s an invitation to show up as your full, messy, courageous human self—and discover what becomes possible when we choose connection over perfection.

If you're tired of hiding your brilliance behind
Speaker:stage fright, scripts, or playing it safe, then
Speaker:you are in the perfect place.
Speaker:This is the Inspired Speaker Podcast, and I'm
Speaker:your host, Danielle Benzin, professional rebel, voice coach,
Speaker:and your guide to speaking with confidence, charisma,
Speaker:and zero BS.
Speaker:Around here, we don't chase perfection.
Speaker:We choose connection.
Speaker:So grab a hot beverage, warm up those
Speaker:vocal cords, and get ready to fall wildly
Speaker:in love with the sound of your voice.
Speaker:Let's get inspired.
Speaker:Well, it has been a minute, ladies and
Speaker:gentlemen, since season one, and a lot has
Speaker:happened in that small space.
Speaker:It actually hasn't been that long.
Speaker:It feels like it's been years, but I
Speaker:think it's only been a few months since
Speaker:I ended my very first podcast season.
Speaker:And since then, I decided I love this
Speaker:so much, and I'm so excited about it,
Speaker:and I want to share it so much
Speaker:with everybody that I decided instead of continuing
Speaker:all on my lonesome, I would start a
Speaker:network.
Speaker:And that's exactly what I've done.
Speaker:I got the courage.
Speaker:I stuck my courage to the sticking place.
Speaker:I can't remember the exact quote.
Speaker:I screwed my courage to the sticking place,
Speaker:and I partnered with the beautiful Michelle Abraham
Speaker:of Amplify You, and we put together a
Speaker:podcast network in approximately a month.
Speaker:It was a little bit more than a
Speaker:month between her and I, and approximately a
Speaker:month for all of the other podcasters who
Speaker:joined us.
Speaker:So we now have a network.
Speaker:We have a place.
Speaker:We have a community.
Speaker:We have somewhere for people who want to
Speaker:make the world a better place and use
Speaker:their voice for good, for inspiring change.
Speaker:We have a place for that to happen
Speaker:and for our audiences to interact with us
Speaker:so that it's not just a one-way
Speaker:conversation.
Speaker:And we have a gift vault, and we
Speaker:have lots of exciting things coming.
Speaker:It only just launched, so, you know, it's
Speaker:being built.
Speaker:But who knows when you're listening to this,
Speaker:and I have big dreams and big ambitions
Speaker:that we are going to grow into.
Speaker:We're definitely not there yet, but we're going
Speaker:to grow into them.
Speaker:And so to start this off, to start
Speaker:off Season 2, Episode 1, I thought the
Speaker:best thing to do would be to bring
Speaker:on these podcasters that I have partnered with
Speaker:so that you can hear from them what's
Speaker:been going on, why we've decided to do
Speaker:it this way, and what's going on on
Speaker:the network, because I'm going to be featuring
Speaker:them quite in Season 2.
Speaker:They're not going to be the only people
Speaker:in Season 2, but moving forward, I am
Speaker:going to be talking about them quite a
Speaker:bit for the first little while as we
Speaker:support them in getting their podcast out and
Speaker:getting their voices out there.
Speaker:So I wanted to just introduce them to
Speaker:you, my fabulous listeners, and we're going to
Speaker:do that by sharing a live stream that
Speaker:we recorded the day after our network launch.
Speaker:And it's not actually hosted by me, it's
Speaker:hosted by the fabulous Christine Goad, because I
Speaker:am just exhausted at this point.
Speaker:I want someone else to do some work
Speaker:for me.
Speaker:So here we go.
Speaker:This is the live stream that we recorded
Speaker:together, and I hope you enjoy it, and
Speaker:I hope you fall in love with these
Speaker:podcasters as much as I have over the
Speaker:last few weeks of working with them.
Speaker:Hello everybody!
Speaker:This is Danielle's channel, but our fabulous Christine
Speaker:Goad is going to be emceeing today.
Speaker:Take it away, Christine!
Speaker:Well, hello!
Speaker:I'm Christine Goad, and I am so glad
Speaker:to be here with you all today.
Speaker:We are here talking about the launch of
Speaker:the brand new Inspired Speaker Network and all
Speaker:of the beautiful podcasts that are debuting this
Speaker:week on that network.
Speaker:So thank you for being here.
Speaker:I hope you will stick around, listen.
Speaker:It's going to be a pretty quick conversation,
Speaker:but I just wanted you all to meet
Speaker:all of these amazing women, find out what
Speaker:they're doing in the world, why they're doing
Speaker:what they're doing in the world, and why
Speaker:you should come along for the ride.
Speaker:So having said all of that, why don't
Speaker:we just go around real quick and say
Speaker:who you are, what the name of your
Speaker:podcast is, and who it's for, and why
Speaker:you create...
Speaker:well shoot, that's an awful lot.
Speaker:Who you are, the name of your podcast,
Speaker:and who it's for.
Speaker:Let's start there.
Speaker:And Tiff, I see you in the top
Speaker:of my screen, so can we start with
Speaker:you?
Speaker:I'm honored!
Speaker:Hi everybody, I'm Tiff Loeffler.
Speaker:My podcast is positively yours, and I love
Speaker:supporting women in business.
Speaker:So thanks.
Speaker:Wonderful.
Speaker:What about you, LJ?
Speaker:Hi, thank you, Christine and Danielle for this
Speaker:space.
Speaker:So I am LJ, and I am hosting...
Speaker:elevating...
Speaker:or sorry, what is it?
Speaker:Is it elevating?
Speaker:I have so many E's!
Speaker:It is a brand new coat.
Speaker:Yeah, it is evolving with L, when capable
Speaker:women carry too much.
Speaker:So we are all professional, capable women, having
Speaker:lots of different roles or hats that we
Speaker:wear, and that is what we get to
Speaker:discuss on my podcast, how to harmonize all
Speaker:of that.
Speaker:Thank you.
Speaker:Wonderful, thank you.
Speaker:All right, I'm gonna jump to the bottom
Speaker:of my screen and introduce or have Shannon
Speaker:introduce herself.
Speaker:She's new to our group, so she's been
Speaker:here working alongside of all of us, but
Speaker:this is the first time most of us
Speaker:are actually meeting her in, you know, real
Speaker:life on Zoom.
Speaker:Thanks for the introduction.
Speaker:I'm Shannon Achilles.
Speaker:I am the co-host of the Guiding
Speaker:Parent Podcast, which is coincidentally for parents, and
Speaker:so it probably lends us nicely into going
Speaker:to my mom, Tammy, to introduce herself.
Speaker:Hi there, I'm Tammy Ulrich, and as Shannon
Speaker:said, our podcast is the Guiding Parent Podcast,
Speaker:and it is obviously for parents with the
Speaker:idea of being a parent, and the idea
Speaker:of helping them to nurture and raise their
Speaker:children with a little bit more understanding to
Speaker:kind of know what they do, why they
Speaker:do what they do, and why they don't
Speaker:do what they should do, so that we
Speaker:can more confidently deal with those everyday challenges.
Speaker:Sounds very useful.
Speaker:Thank you, Tammy.
Speaker:It's good to meet you, Shannon, as well,
Speaker:so thank you for being here today.
Speaker:And Wendy, how about you?
Speaker:Of course.
Speaker:Thanks, Christine.
Speaker:Thanks, Danielle.
Speaker:So my name is Wendy Ekboski, and the
Speaker:name of my podcast is The Awakening Woman
Speaker:on the Rise, conversations to awaken soul and
Speaker:spirit.
Speaker:It's for women who are tired of living
Speaker:society's life, anyone's life within their life, because
Speaker:they're looking for their authentic self.
Speaker:That's what they want to express.
Speaker:Wonderful.
Speaker:I'm going to go ahead and jump to
Speaker:me, and then I will save Danielle, our
Speaker:fearless leader, for the next little bit.
Speaker:So I'm Christine Goad, I'm the Surfing Your
Speaker:Edge coach, and my podcast is called Surfing
Speaker:Your Edge.
Speaker:It's for people who are ready to live
Speaker:the bigger, bolder, badass life they came to
Speaker:this planet for, and make decisions that help
Speaker:them be more themselves, especially in this complex
Speaker:and changing world.
Speaker:So now for Danielle, who is the leader
Speaker:of this Inspired Speaker Network.
Speaker:So, Danielle, can you tell us about your
Speaker:podcast?
Speaker:And then I've got another question for you.
Speaker:Oh, you're such a darling, Christine.
Speaker:So my podcast is called the Inspired Speaker
Speaker:Podcast, same name as the network, the Inspired
Speaker:Speaker Network, Inspired Speaker Podcast.
Speaker:So my podcast is for speakers, people who
Speaker:want to use their voice to make a
Speaker:difference in the world.
Speaker:So they're not necessarily career speakers, we're not
Speaker:necessarily talking about doing TED Talks or keynotes,
Speaker:which you absolutely could be, but it's also
Speaker:for anyone who wants to use their voice
Speaker:to make change.
Speaker:So if that's in the boardroom, if that's
Speaker:on a podcast, wherever that is in the
Speaker:networking space, if it's with your family, I
Speaker:have learned a lot about leadership from the
Speaker:Guiding Parent Podcast.
Speaker:May I say, I don't have kids, but
Speaker:I've learned a lot.
Speaker:So it's about making change with your voice.
Speaker:It's about standing up for what's important to
Speaker:you and influencing the world in a positive
Speaker:way while honoring your self-expression.
Speaker:Thanks so much, Christine.
Speaker:Thank you.
Speaker:And all of us just launched podcasts this
Speaker:week, so it's all brand new for all
Speaker:of us.
Speaker:And just launching a podcast is an effort
Speaker:enough.
Speaker:So Danielle, I'm wondering why, when you have
Speaker:a podcast to launch, why would you also
Speaker:launch a network and why did you bring
Speaker:together...
Speaker:What is the goal for the Inspired Speaker
Speaker:Network and why did you bring...
Speaker:What do you hope to accomplish by bringing
Speaker:these voices together?
Speaker:I hate doing things alone.
Speaker:That's a big part of it.
Speaker:No, seriously though, it just made so much
Speaker:sense.
Speaker:I started my podcast by myself in February...
Speaker:Well, not by myself.
Speaker:I started my podcast in February on another
Speaker:network, fantastic network, the Visionary Leaders Network with
Speaker:Mark Porteous.
Speaker:But I realized very quickly that this was
Speaker:part of a movement that I wanted to
Speaker:start and it fit so beautifully with my
Speaker:business because I work with speakers, I work
Speaker:with podcasters, I work with people who are
Speaker:on podcasts as guests and hosts and who
Speaker:speak all the time.
Speaker:And so many of my clients were looking
Speaker:to start their own podcasts.
Speaker:And by going through the experience myself, it
Speaker:just was such a no-brainer.
Speaker:And I felt really stupid for not thinking
Speaker:of it earlier, actually, because it was such
Speaker:a no-brainer to go, oh, why am
Speaker:I doing this on somebody else's platform and
Speaker:trying to get other people to join me?
Speaker:Why don't I create my own space?
Speaker:Because I am a speaker trainer.
Speaker:Why am I not doing this?
Speaker:And so immediately I kind of paused my
Speaker:podcast.
Speaker:I was like, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait,
Speaker:we don't want to do it this way.
Speaker:And obviously I'm still allying with other people
Speaker:and I still love to support them, but
Speaker:I wanted to create a space for my
Speaker:clients and for people who I believe in
Speaker:and for voices that I want to amplify,
Speaker:because that's a big part of what I
Speaker:do.
Speaker:So I partnered with Amplify You and they
Speaker:help where together we're creating this network.
Speaker:They take care of a lot of the
Speaker:technical, more technical stuff.
Speaker:And I take care of a lot of
Speaker:the more expressive stuff, but also video editing
Speaker:and all that thing, all those things.
Speaker:And I was saying to someone a little
Speaker:bit earlier in a meeting, I feel like
Speaker:I'm a professional hand holder, but in the
Speaker:best way.
Speaker:It's so much fun.
Speaker:And watching you all grow and not having
Speaker:to do it alone as well has been
Speaker:big, but I want to create a space
Speaker:for positive change.
Speaker:I want to create a community.
Speaker:I want to help in any way to
Speaker:make the world a better place.
Speaker:And I think every single one of these
Speaker:podcasts and any podcast that joins our network
Speaker:in the future is going to be about
Speaker:that, in some way, shape or form, the
Speaker:curious, excited, compassionate, honest nature of the world.
Speaker:Yeah.
Speaker:Thank you.
Speaker:We're all very honored to be part of
Speaker:this initial group and it has been quite
Speaker:a whirlwind.
Speaker:I was the last person to join and
Speaker:it was a matter of getting things out
Speaker:in just a few weeks.
Speaker:And as Danielle said, it can be really
Speaker:lonely doing this by yourself.
Speaker:So I am super grateful.
Speaker:Not only I'm grateful to have you all
Speaker:on this journey, but I'm also really grateful
Speaker:because having the group also meant that things
Speaker:had to be done and you couldn't push
Speaker:the, there was no deadline that could be
Speaker:pushed.
Speaker:It was all, we've got a launch date
Speaker:ladies and we're going.
Speaker:So that has been really lovely.
Speaker:And Danielle has been an amazing support.
Speaker:So I'd like to open the conversation up
Speaker:a little more widely now and have us,
Speaker:this is just kind of like a group
Speaker:conversation.
Speaker:I'm not going to pick on anybody, but
Speaker:just, I'm wondering what the launch has already
Speaker:taught you, what surprised you and maybe what
Speaker:edge are you surfing as you get this
Speaker:off the ground?
Speaker:Wendy.
Speaker:Well, interestingly enough, apart from the courage of
Speaker:saying yes to the podcast idea, what I've
Speaker:learned is what Danielle was actually talking about
Speaker:is about not doing it alone.
Speaker:I have had a history of thinking I
Speaker:needed to do it all alone to get
Speaker:any credit whatsoever.
Speaker:And who doesn't want credit, but I really
Speaker:was a loner that way.
Speaker:And I didn't realize I was so much
Speaker:and working with this amazing, amazing group, I
Speaker:thought, Oh my God, I don't have to
Speaker:do it alone.
Speaker:I'm with great people.
Speaker:And it was so up building, up building.
Speaker:This is a huge life lesson for me.
Speaker:I would have never expected in a podcast.
Speaker:I thought, yes, I'll get my word out.
Speaker:I'll get my thoughts out, which are important
Speaker:to me, but it was a much deeper
Speaker:win.
Speaker:So I'm so grateful.
Speaker:I love that.
Speaker:Yay.
Speaker:Thank you.
Speaker:And I Christine, fantastic question.
Speaker:So the edge that I was surfing is
Speaker:not hiding because I'm like, I believe we're
Speaker:all like these best kept secrets, right?
Speaker:Where we have what we want to share
Speaker:with the world because of what we've experienced,
Speaker:what we've learned professionally, we are unsure of
Speaker:really and truly how to get it out
Speaker:there.
Speaker:And by Danielle saying, Hey, I believe in
Speaker:what you are doing.
Speaker:Come join me.
Speaker:It was a stretch for me because I
Speaker:am, you know, almost like the, the tin
Speaker:man in front of the wizard.
Speaker:My knees were knocking and I'm just like,
Speaker:I'm going to do this.
Speaker:And then almost like the cowardly lion, let
Speaker:me just get out of here.
Speaker:But, um, Dorothy, you know, like there's no
Speaker:place like home.
Speaker:Right.
Speaker:And Danielle has made this place like beautiful.
Speaker:So I am super grateful.
Speaker:We're super grateful that you're here because your
Speaker:voice, when you start talking, you're mesmerizing.
Speaker:And when I'm just, I can't wait to
Speaker:hear where your conversations lead.
Speaker:So thank you so much for, uh, for
Speaker:sharing that and, um, and for coming along
Speaker:for the ride and doing it scared.
Speaker:Right.
Speaker:I think we're all doing it scared.
Speaker:I know it's a major stretch, but you're
Speaker:doing it.
Speaker:Tammy.
Speaker:I, uh, I go along right with LJ.
Speaker:You know, it was what I think surprised
Speaker:me the most was that this opportunity all
Speaker:of a sudden came about.
Speaker:I mean, just kind of out of the
Speaker:blue and that I did say yes, terrifyingly.
Speaker:So, you know, it really did cause me
Speaker:to step outside my comfort zone.
Speaker:And did you just jump in and do
Speaker:it and jump in and do it without
Speaker:practice or being perfect?
Speaker:It was, um, I was laughing at myself
Speaker:somewhat doing our, our third episode, because it's
Speaker:about being the perfect parent.
Speaker:And, uh, here I am, you know, needing
Speaker:to, uh, take some of my own advice
Speaker:and, uh, you know, don't have to be
Speaker:perfect.
Speaker:Just need to be real.
Speaker:So, you know, the episodes aren't perfect and
Speaker:that's okay.
Speaker:And so that was my edge.
Speaker:So it's definitely surfing my edge to, uh,
Speaker:you know, to step out and do this
Speaker:and we're doing it.
Speaker:Yeah.
Speaker:I noticed, I mean, we recorded so quickly
Speaker:and it was just like a, you know,
Speaker:just sort of scatter shot at the camera.
Speaker:And then when it's all done, you're like,
Speaker:what did I say?
Speaker:And there was this fear of, oh my
Speaker:God, did any of that make sense?
Speaker:And will anybody want to listen?
Speaker:And so it's been kind of like this
Speaker:trust, this game of trust, right?
Speaker:Where you have to assume that you had
Speaker:something valuable to share and that the team
Speaker:on the other side is going to find
Speaker:it and share it in its best light,
Speaker:but just trusting.
Speaker:I'm just so grateful to Danielle because she
Speaker:makes, and all of you, because this community
Speaker:just makes that trust so much easier.
Speaker:Shannon, how did you feel coming into all
Speaker:of this?
Speaker:I can jump in.
Speaker:Um, I mean, it was kind of amazing.
Speaker:Like my mom was talking about, you know,
Speaker:it kind of was this opportunity that came
Speaker:out of nowhere.
Speaker:And she asked me if, you know, I
Speaker:was interested in co-hosting with her, which
Speaker:we had, you know, kind of tossed around
Speaker:as an idea at one point, but had
Speaker:never, you know, really spoken about it with
Speaker:any sort of seriousness.
Speaker:And so, yeah, absolutely.
Speaker:The vulnerability of, you know, jumping into something
Speaker:that I don't have experience doing.
Speaker:And then also, you know, the vulnerability and
Speaker:our podcast is about parenting.
Speaker:And, you know, my role in our podcast
Speaker:is to be kind of the parent in
Speaker:the trenches.
Speaker:And so there is a definite, you know,
Speaker:requirement of being really open about my own
Speaker:experience in parenting, my own, you know, challenges
Speaker:and days that I don't do my best
Speaker:parenting.
Speaker:And so, you know, that was definitely one
Speaker:of the things that I took from, you
Speaker:know, our meetings with Danielle is, you know,
Speaker:the goal is not to have a perfect
Speaker:podcast, just like it's not to be a
Speaker:perfect parent that, you know, that there is,
Speaker:you know, a really important element of, you
Speaker:know, being your full human self in both.
Speaker:And I really love how, you know, you
Speaker:get that, you know, one of my favorite
Speaker:analogies about parenting is that it's like yoga,
Speaker:it's a practice, you're never going to have
Speaker:like a perfect parent, you're never going to
Speaker:have a perfect yoga pose, you just have
Speaker:to breathe through it all.
Speaker:So that has definitely been and, you know,
Speaker:a big part of this experience is just
Speaker:breathing through it.
Speaker:And, you know, hoping that we end up
Speaker:with something really beautiful at the end of
Speaker:it, which I think so far we have,
Speaker:and it's definitely been, you know, a delight
Speaker:to get to do it with my mom.
Speaker:And, you know, to share that experience.
Speaker:It takes a lot of courage to do
Speaker:that in front of the public, right?
Speaker:To be like, oh, I've got an imperfect
Speaker:yoga pose, and I'm doing it for all
Speaker:the world to see.
Speaker:For everyone.
Speaker:Yeah.
Speaker:Well, congratulations.
Speaker:I'm so glad you took the leap and
Speaker:that both of you are doing this together.
Speaker:It's gonna be fun.
Speaker:What about you, Tiff?
Speaker:What's going on with you?
Speaker:Oh, well, I think the surprise for me
Speaker:has been how in flow it is.
Speaker:I just, it's almost dreamlike.
Speaker:It's a bit dreamlike because I trust Danielle
Speaker:for days, you know, miles and miles.
Speaker:And so I knew when she gave me
Speaker:this opportunity that I would say yes, I
Speaker:think I was nervous because it wasn't just
Speaker:me, there were other incredible women.
Speaker:And then comes the, am I gonna be
Speaker:able to not just keep up, but can
Speaker:I bring what needs to be brought to
Speaker:the group?
Speaker:Because that's the part that's surprising me.
Speaker:That's the edge that I'm surfing.
Speaker:I'm so grateful because this group is awesome.
Speaker:And it's not just when you are in
Speaker:the same room together, we're all off doing
Speaker:our own things, but we're holding each other
Speaker:in just this most beautiful container always.
Speaker:And, and now it's happened.
Speaker:And another edge to surf is I have
Speaker:to, I have to trust that it can
Speaker:continue because now the podcast is out there
Speaker:and I'm excited for the next season already.
Speaker:And how is that going to happen?
Speaker:But it's okay because I'm in this group
Speaker:and my podcast is about having a great
Speaker:day and, and all the different ways to
Speaker:have a great day, even if you're not
Speaker:having such a great day.
Speaker:And today was an example.
Speaker:Today was a little intense and, and the
Speaker:cool part was I was reminding myself, Hey,
Speaker:it's okay.
Speaker:You can take a moment and, and there
Speaker:are parts of this day that are great.
Speaker:And then also there's the looking forward to
Speaker:this call today.
Speaker:So that was making it extra great.
Speaker:So that's why I was so happy.
Speaker:We're all together sharing how we're in this
Speaker:experience together.
Speaker:And that's just been awesome.
Speaker:It has been, it has been.
Speaker:I love all of that.
Speaker:I'm looking at the time.
Speaker:Let's jump a year ahead.
Speaker:Okay.
Speaker:So we just did this really fast.
Speaker:I did.
Speaker:I think mine was like, I don't know
Speaker:who the first person to say yes was
Speaker:and how long you've been on this journey.
Speaker:But I think mine has been for about
Speaker:three weeks, Danielle.
Speaker:I just like to say that I only
Speaker:decided to do this five weeks ago.
Speaker:No, no, no.
Speaker:I just, I'm just to clarify.
Speaker:Cause you keep saying I'm the last person
Speaker:to join.
Speaker:Yeah.
Speaker:Everybody joined within a week.
Speaker:There was, there was a week of enrollment,
Speaker:maybe, maybe nine days.
Speaker:No one has done this in more than
Speaker:five weeks, I think.
Speaker:And we didn't start away.
Speaker:We only started the training after Christine joined.
Speaker:We only started when the last person was
Speaker:in place.
Speaker:So there was about nine days of recruitment
Speaker:and then we all did this in four
Speaker:weeks.
Speaker:That's insane.
Speaker:I just want to, I just want to,
Speaker:this was not a six month process.
Speaker:This was short for everyone.
Speaker:And that was intentional.
Speaker:And it was brilliant.
Speaker:It was brilliantly devised.
Speaker:And I don't think it was like, I
Speaker:heard several of you say it wasn't necessarily
Speaker:the right time, but the right offer at
Speaker:the right, you know, and you made it,
Speaker:we made it the right time.
Speaker:So Danielle and her brilliance figured out that
Speaker:we were the right people and brought us
Speaker:together.
Speaker:So I'm excited about that.
Speaker:But I'd like to look forward a year,
Speaker:right.
Speaker:And see, and I'd love us to be
Speaker:back here again together as in a year.
Speaker:And I'm wondering what your vision, what would
Speaker:you like to have happened in the world
Speaker:as a result of having your podcast out
Speaker:there when we come back together in a
Speaker:year?
Speaker:That's a fantastic question.
Speaker:Yes, that's a fantastic question.
Speaker:Good for you, LJ.
Speaker:You know, what would be the best thing
Speaker:since sliced bread?
Speaker:Yes, I am that old.
Speaker:It would be people getting in touch with
Speaker:me and saying, you know, Wendy, with your
Speaker:podcast, and with the community you created, I
Speaker:could not have imagined that I would have
Speaker:paid the attention to myself that I needed
Speaker:to, to know that I had something to
Speaker:offer, and that my, my security actually comes
Speaker:from within me.
Speaker:I would love to see women who have
Speaker:a dream, have a goal, have a desire,
Speaker:someone like Danielle, but a dream, a goal,
Speaker:a desire, and say to me, I thought
Speaker:it wasn't possible.
Speaker:But I was willing to question that.
Speaker:And I was willing to change my mind.
Speaker:Thank you for your support.
Speaker:That would be like wonderful.
Speaker:And if one person shows up and says
Speaker:that there are probably lots more people out
Speaker:there experiencing it, who may not raise their
Speaker:hand and let you know.
Speaker:Lovely.
Speaker:Yeah.
Speaker:And thank you, Wendy.
Speaker:So my, what I would love to see
Speaker:a year from now is women coming saying
Speaker:that they have been edified, encouraged to be
Speaker:more in alignment with who they are, rather
Speaker:than living by the expectations of the various
Speaker:roles that they carry.
Speaker:And by doing that, they get to evolve
Speaker:and elevate in a community, not alone, kind
Speaker:of like what we've been doing.
Speaker:We've been elevating each other.
Speaker:We've been evolving, stretching to new levels that
Speaker:we maybe never thought possible.
Speaker:And that is what I would love to
Speaker:see in a year from now because of
Speaker:the community that women choose to join me
Speaker:in.
Speaker:It's a partnership.
Speaker:It's a collaboration.
Speaker:It's, there's no forcing.
Speaker:It's, hey, you see yourself in what we
Speaker:are saying as I bring the mirror, the
Speaker:map, and the method.
Speaker:And you're like, oh yeah, I want to
Speaker:join with Elle.
Speaker:And I'm like, yay, she wants to join
Speaker:with me because it would be such an
Speaker:honor.
Speaker:And these women get to impact the world,
Speaker:namely their children, because once this space has
Speaker:been created for them to be authentically who
Speaker:they are and they get to own their
Speaker:roles, they open the door for their children
Speaker:to know who they are and align with
Speaker:themselves at a much earlier age.
Speaker:And that is really what I envision happening
Speaker:for the women.
Speaker:And your podcast, I think, is in some
Speaker:ways inspired by your mother, right?
Speaker:When you were watching your mother as a
Speaker:young girl.
Speaker:Yes.
Speaker:So my mother...
Speaker:Oh, sorry.
Speaker:You put me on the spot.
Speaker:Hot dog.
Speaker:All right.
Speaker:So yes, my mother was a stay-at
Speaker:-home mom after being a nurse, having a
Speaker:career.
Speaker:And by seeing her operate in her various
Speaker:roles, I saw that that's how she was
Speaker:kind of defined.
Speaker:And what I saw her do in order
Speaker:to continue to evolve and elevate was she
Speaker:had conversations with friends and family members where
Speaker:it was a mutual giving and receiving to
Speaker:where they could elevate each other.
Speaker:And since she has now passed away and
Speaker:I had the time to reflect on what
Speaker:she taught me, what she gave me, how
Speaker:she actually helped me elevate and evolve with
Speaker:all of her encouragement, that is what I
Speaker:want to be able to...
Speaker:That's what I want to share with other
Speaker:women because there's strength in that.
Speaker:And for the longest time, I thought she
Speaker:was missing a lot, but that was my
Speaker:perspective.
Speaker:But when you reflect and you dig in,
Speaker:you're like, oh, she was strong and everything
Speaker:else.
Speaker:And she had more than what I even
Speaker:knew.
Speaker:Yes.
Speaker:So you're carrying on a legacy and I
Speaker:love that.
Speaker:All right.
Speaker:Anyone else have a vision for the coming
Speaker:year?
Speaker:Tammy?
Speaker:I feel like we've talked about how we
Speaker:don't want to be doing this alone.
Speaker:And this community brings us together to support
Speaker:each other.
Speaker:I feel like it's not...
Speaker:The parents shouldn't need to be doing it
Speaker:alone either.
Speaker:And I love the saying, it takes a
Speaker:village.
Speaker:And so I really hope that we can
Speaker:be a little bit of a village for
Speaker:families and that parents can get little tidbits
Speaker:that help them feel supported, that help them
Speaker:feel more confident in their parenting and some
Speaker:ease with the challenges that we all...
Speaker:Everybody faces going through parenting.
Speaker:And then ultimately, then our kids will grow
Speaker:up being understood and just growing into the
Speaker:best versions of themselves.
Speaker:And then they can...
Speaker:Our world is changing and kids need that
Speaker:support as they go into this world that
Speaker:we have.
Speaker:And they can grow up full of who
Speaker:they are and their full potential and make
Speaker:the world a better place.
Speaker:To piggyback off of what my mom said,
Speaker:we absolutely want to have a village for
Speaker:our listeners.
Speaker:And my mom's also writing a book that
Speaker:should be out within a year from now.
Speaker:And so we have the perfect synergy of
Speaker:having a podcast that helps draw people to
Speaker:the book and the book helps draw people
Speaker:to the podcast and really create this whole
Speaker:guiding mindset, little village or community to just
Speaker:really support families specifically that want to have
Speaker:definitely more confidence.
Speaker:Because I know for me, feeling confident in
Speaker:how I parent really seems to be what
Speaker:makes or breaks how you feel about doing
Speaker:the hard stuff.
Speaker:And so I think that that will, hopefully,
Speaker:we'll see a year from now, this lovely
Speaker:little village of listeners and readers all together.
Speaker:Anyone else?
Speaker:I'll jump in and say I was hearing
Speaker:everyone and it finally, I'll say hit me
Speaker:that, oh yeah, we're going to meet in
Speaker:a year from now.
Speaker:This thing is still going.
Speaker:That just in itself sounds amazing.
Speaker:And I so look forward to that because
Speaker:what an accomplishment.
Speaker:And if I were to be so dreamy,
Speaker:thinking about people saying, oh, I got some
Speaker:help on how to, like, I had a
Speaker:great day.
Speaker:It felt so cool.
Speaker:Like that just sounds, that just sounds great.
Speaker:And I had this dream of having a
Speaker:podcast a few years ago.
Speaker:And then so many things happened in life.
Speaker:And that would be the other thing I,
Speaker:my hope to help people know that, that
Speaker:your dreams can change, but it doesn't mean
Speaker:you have to give up on your dreams,
Speaker:even if they don't quite look like what
Speaker:you thought.
Speaker:Because this is more than I ever could
Speaker:have, could have imagined being in a creation
Speaker:podcast group.
Speaker:And now it's here and it's just been,
Speaker:it's just been everything.
Speaker:So thank you, Danielle and everybody here.
Speaker:Danielle, do you want to contribute to the
Speaker:vision?
Speaker:I was going to ask you, I just
Speaker:want to say reality often surpasses fantasy.
Speaker:So I just wanted to say that.
Speaker:You, you question that.
Speaker:I would like to see people changing their
Speaker:relationship with fear and starting to realize that
Speaker:fear isn't a stop sign, right?
Speaker:Sometimes it's a sign along the route that
Speaker:says, hey, you're going the right way.
Speaker:If there's some fear here, there's probably a
Speaker:reason.
Speaker:You know, this is probably a good thing
Speaker:for you to be stretching.
Speaker:And I'd also like people to start to
Speaker:recognize their own agency in a deeper way,
Speaker:not only to have their best lives, but
Speaker:to also contribute to betterment of the world.
Speaker:We need each other right now.
Speaker:We can't rely on the powers that be
Speaker:to have our backs right now.
Speaker:So we need each other and we need
Speaker:to be our best selves now.
Speaker:So I'm really looking forward to a year
Speaker:of people really starting to see themselves more
Speaker:clearly and step into the power that has
Speaker:always been theirs, that they might now have
Speaker:the courage to start using for the betterment
Speaker:of everyone.
Speaker:Just a little thing.
Speaker:No pressure.
Speaker:This is it.
Speaker:This is it.
Speaker:And this is why I've brought these, these
Speaker:people together.
Speaker:And this is why I will continue to
Speaker:curate this network very consciously, because this is
Speaker:what it's about.
Speaker:I want to live in a world where
Speaker:people are emotionally aware, emotionally conscious, emotionally mature,
Speaker:but also deeply emotional, emotionally alive.
Speaker:I want to live in a world where
Speaker:people are honest and about who they are,
Speaker:not just technically, but embody a self-expression
Speaker:and an honesty and a self-love and
Speaker:a self-acceptance.
Speaker:And of course, that extends as soon as
Speaker:one has for oneself, it extends to others.
Speaker:I want to live in a world where
Speaker:people are accepting of differences and not just
Speaker:tolerant, but celebrate diversity and bringing us all
Speaker:together in this beautiful, compassionate, passionate, compassionate,
Speaker:passionate, raw, real, messy, human, vulnerable, fragile world.
Speaker:And I want to celebrate that.
Speaker:And that is why I've brought you together.
Speaker:And that is why I will hopefully continue
Speaker:to bring people together.
Speaker:In a year, I want this community to
Speaker:at least have doubled.
Speaker:And I want to be part of a
Speaker:movement.
Speaker:I want us to be actively making the
Speaker:world a better place with our voices in
Speaker:whatever that means.
Speaker:If that's on a very small, I'm just
Speaker:emotionally regulating today and that's all I can
Speaker:do, but I'm doing it in a way
Speaker:that feels good and I'm not feeling reactive,
Speaker:or I'm parenting a child, or I'm running
Speaker:a team, or I'm running an event or
Speaker:a movement.
Speaker:Whatever works for you, if we all do
Speaker:our part, I think we can make the
Speaker:world a better place.
Speaker:And I think it's totally within our grasp.
Speaker:And that's why I'm here.
Speaker:Yay, yay, yay.
Speaker:It is why we're here.
Speaker:And it's why, yes, it's why everyone is
Speaker:here.
Speaker:So Danielle, I don't know the best way
Speaker:to share links or to tell people how
Speaker:to find the network.
Speaker:That is an excellent thing.
Speaker:And I got so excited about making the
Speaker:world a better place, I forgot to say,
Speaker:because you kind of started mentioning it.
Speaker:All of these beautiful hosts have gifts in
Speaker:our gift vault on the network.
Speaker:So not only can you go and look
Speaker:at all the different podcasts and read about
Speaker:them and interact with them on the network,
Speaker:but you can also download gifts or tickets
Speaker:or events.
Speaker:There's all sorts of different types of gifts.
Speaker:We're constantly adding to the gift vault.
Speaker:So keep checking it out.
Speaker:We only launched yesterday, so it's still building.
Speaker:But there's a few things there.
Speaker:And the network is inspiredspeakernetwork.com.
Speaker:I will put a link everywhere that this
Speaker:is.
Speaker:It's just, there's no the.
Speaker:It's inspiredspeakernetwork.com.
Speaker:And you can also find us, all of
Speaker:us, everywhere that there are podcasts.
Speaker:So I think everyone should just say their
Speaker:podcast name one last time.
Speaker:I am the Inspired Speaker Podcast.
Speaker:Christine?
Speaker:Surfing Your Edge.
Speaker:Great.
Speaker:Shannon?
Speaker:Oh, you're on mute, Shannon.
Speaker:I'll get Tammy to say it because you're
Speaker:both together.
Speaker:Anyway, say it at the same time.
Speaker:The Guiding Parrot Podcast.
Speaker:Excellent.
Speaker:Elle?
Speaker:Evolving With Elle.
Speaker:When Capable Women Carry Too Much.
Speaker:Wendy?
Speaker:The Awakening Woman On The Rise.
Speaker:Conversations to Awaken Soul and Spirit.
Speaker:And Tiff?
Speaker:Positively Yours.
Speaker:There's more to it, but I just remember
Speaker:the Positively Yours.
Speaker:That's the important part.
Speaker:And you've got all of our names too.
Speaker:So you can find us everywhere that you
Speaker:find podcasts.
Speaker:I'm going to hand it back over to
Speaker:Christine, but I just wanted to put that
Speaker:in everybody's minds.
Speaker:Well, I just want to say that I
Speaker:am grateful for all of you for being
Speaker:here today, for all of our viewers and
Speaker:our listeners.
Speaker:And I can't wait to see where this
Speaker:journey takes us.
Speaker:And I have a feeling we'll be doing
Speaker:more of these as we go along because
Speaker:we need each other and we need you.
Speaker:So I hope you'll come along for the
Speaker:ride.
Speaker:Thank you, everybody.
Speaker:And oh, my signature sign off is wishing
Speaker:you wonder.
Speaker:So I am wishing you wonder.
Speaker:I think we all are.
Speaker:Wonder is the best thing to have.
Speaker:Let's all, let's all on three.
Speaker:One, two, three.
Speaker:Wishing you wonder.
Speaker:Wishing you wonder.
Speaker:Thank you.
Speaker:Yay!
Speaker:I hope you have fallen in love with
Speaker:these podcasters as much as I have.
Speaker:I am so honored.
Speaker:I am so honored that they have chosen
Speaker:to take this crazy journey with me.
Speaker:It was so intense, but I feel like
Speaker:we've all grown so much.
Speaker:We have all really grown in the last
Speaker:month in a way that I don't think
Speaker:we would have if we'd taken the time
Speaker:to do this more slowly.
Speaker:We've really come together.
Speaker:They've supported each other so beautifully.
Speaker:And I can't wait to see where this
Speaker:network goes.
Speaker:I'm excited to grow it.
Speaker:I am going to be curating it.
Speaker:There's going to be an application process because
Speaker:the values of this network are very important
Speaker:to me.
Speaker:The production values as well as the, you
Speaker:know, value values, the internal ethical values of
Speaker:the world that we want to create.
Speaker:We want to create something positive.
Speaker:We want to inspire change for the better
Speaker:and tolerance and celebration in diversity and all
Speaker:of those wonderful gooey things that I think
Speaker:are so important to the world.
Speaker:So that's what we're endeavoring to do.
Speaker:This is just the beginning of something truly
Speaker:marvelous.
Speaker:I am so excited that you are here.
Speaker:Thank you for joining me.
Speaker:Thank you for sticking around.
Speaker:Thank you for giving me another chance.
Speaker:I'm going to be doing some solo shows,
Speaker:some episodes with interviews, all sorts of things
Speaker:in between.
Speaker:I'm excited to see where this goes.
Speaker:I will do my best to build some
Speaker:sort of consistency around it because I know
Speaker:that's important.
Speaker:But also diversity is important to me and
Speaker:being able to follow curiosity and keep things
Speaker:interesting and on their toes.
Speaker:So it's not going to be a completely
Speaker:predictable kind of show, but I do hope
Speaker:that the through line, the through line should
Speaker:be predictable.
Speaker:This emphasis on truth and honesty and embracing
Speaker:vulnerability and messiness and loving the human experience
Speaker:and living it as loudly and lively as
Speaker:we can.
Speaker:Thank you so much for being on this
Speaker:really exciting journey.
Speaker:And I can't wait to introduce you to
Speaker:some more of my friends.
